摘要
以醋酸乙烯合成用废触媒为原料,在分析其热解特性的基础上,提出了直接加热水蒸汽活化再生新工艺,得到了不同再生温度条件下的再生样品。采用N2吸附、碘吸附法等手段对样品的结构和吸附性能进行了表征,当废触媒在950℃处理40min时,所得样品的比表面积可达到1193m2/g,碘吸附值1080mg/g;同时采用XRD、SEM、FTIR对样品的结构和表面性质进行了分析,发现样品由活性炭(AC)和ZnO组成,且ZnO分散在AC中,表明再生的样品为ZnO/AC复合材料。新工艺为废触媒的综合利用开辟了新的途径,为ZnO/AC复合材料探索出了新的原料来源和制备方法。
On the basis of analyzing the pyrolysis characteristic of the spent catalyst of vinyl acetate synthesis, a new process of regenerating the spent catalyst via thermal treatment with the stream activation was put forward, and a series of regenerated samples were obtained at different temperature. The pore structure and adsorption capacity of the regenerated samples were characterized by N2 and I2 adsorption methods. When the spent catalyst was treated at 950℃ for 40 min, the specific surface areas and iodine adsorption number of the resulting samples reached 1193 m^2/g and 1080mg/g, respectively. Moreover, the structure and surface properties of the resulting samples were analyzed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The results revealed that the regenerated samples were mainly composed of zinc oxide (ZnO) and activated carbon (AC). The ZnO well adhered and uniformly distributed onto the carbon surface, forming ZnO/AC composites. This work provides a new way to the comprehensive utilization of spent catalyst and finds a new source of raw material and preparation method for ZnO/AC composite materials.
