摘要 食品安全问题日益成为食品工厂所关心的重点,严格的安全体系认证、过敏原控制、外来物的控制以及综合虫害管理(IPM)等等都是食品工厂面临的现实挑战。其中综合虫害管理(IPM)摒弃了以往“单纯的害虫个体杀灭”的概念,提出通过物理、管理、设施完善等多种方法,将虫害群体减少至不对食品和人员构成威胁的某临界点,而不是过分依赖和不恰当地使用杀虫剂。 With the advance of Chinese regulations and laws and the increasing consideration of food safety, food plants introduce IPM(Integrated Pest Management) to control the pest issues gradually, which adoptes many kinds of methods just as environmental, physical, man-aged ways to decrease the pest group to or below the critical points that can not threaten safety of foods and security of human-beings. It is totally different from using pesticide ill-suited and beyond-supported just like before. Because in the plants, food safety and personal security issues brought from the pesticide are more dan-gerous than the harm of pests itself. Consequently, how to use or manage pesticide scientifically become one of the most importances in food factories. It is relative to not only food safety and personal security, but also the brand image of corporation. It has a far-reaching impact on the health of the customers and internal administra-tion of the company through the co-operation with pest management-company and managing the exposure of pesticide in the food or related areas conditions. Ad-vanced in studies on choosing, managing, storage& trans-portation and emergency issues of pesticide in the food plants were reviewed in this paper. It was expected that this article could provided some referred thoughts for food plants and pest management companies or other related organizations to restrict the toxicity or exposure of pesticide in the food factoryies or related conditions of the plants through co-operation and management.
