摘要
研究了跨流域调水工程实时优化调度的特点、方法和步骤,建立了基于多维动态规划和模拟技术相结合的大系统分解协调实时调度模型,提出了利用水源区水库调度图控制面临时段的调水决策以考虑余留期效益的建议.以南水北调中线工程为背景进行了实例验算,成果合理,模型可行.
This paper studies the characters,methods and steps of real time optimal operation of interbasin water transfer project,and sets up a decomposition coordination model of large scale system for real time operation,which is based on multidimensional dynamic programming and simulation technique.In order to consider the remaining benefit,it proposes a method to control the current period water transfer decisions by using the optimal regulation diagram of reservoirs.As a case study of the middle route of South To North water transfer,the calcultion results based on the model mentioned are reasonable,and the model is proved feasible.
