摘要
文章对三十年来高等教育管理学科的建设与研究成果做了简要综述,同时也对该学科多年来积聚的深层次矛盾与问题做了剖析。在此基础上,对我国当下高等教育管理提出进一步研究与发展的思路,以求抛砖引玉,引发对我国教育管理尤其是高等教育管理的更为广泛而深刻的研究。
The article reviews briefly on the building and research achievement of the management discipline of higher education for 30 years, and it anlayzes the conflict and the questions deeply. Based on the analysis, it argues for the path of development for the higher educational management, aiming to attract more popular and profound study on education administration, particularly the higher education management.
