摘要
目的探讨银杏叶提取物(EGb)对糖尿病大鼠附睾组织活性氧的影响。方法Wistar雄性大鼠40只,随机分成3组,对照组(C),糖尿病组(DM组)和银杏叶(EGb)治疗组。应用链脲佐菌素(Streptozocin STZ)加高脂高糖饮食制备2型糖尿病模型,治疗组同时给予银杏叶提取物(EGb)10周后,取双侧附睾组织,检测组织中MDA含量、NO含量和SOD、GSH-Px、NOS活性。结果2型糖尿病模型制备成功,糖尿病组与对照组比较,SOD、GSH-Px活性显著降低(P<0.01),MDA含量和NO含量及NOS活性明显高于对照组(P<0.01),而治疗组与糖尿病组比较,SOD、GSH-Px活性显著升高(P<0.01),MDA含量和NO含量及NOS活性明显低于糖尿病组(P<0.01)。结论银杏叶提取物对糖尿病大鼠附睾组织具有保护作用。
Objective : To observe the effects of extract Ginkgo biloba on ROS of epididymis of diabetic rats. Methods : Forty male Wistar rats were divided randomly into three groups, control group , diabetic group and EGb - treated group . We established type 11 diabetes model with streptozotocin (STZ) and high lipid , high glucose diet and EGb -treated groups were given EGb simultaneously , after ten weeks , the epididymis was taken out for measurement of the levels of MDA and NO content and activities of SOD, GSH - Px and NOS. Results : The type Ⅱ diabetes model was prepared successfully and compared with the control group , SOD and GSH - Px activities dropped sharply ( P 〈 0. 01 ), MDA , NO content and NOS activities obviously increased ( P 〈 0. 01 ), compared with the diabetic group , SOD and GSH - Px activities increased obviously ( P 〈0. 01 ), contents of MDA and NO and NOS activities evidently decreased ( P 〈0. 01 ) in EGb- treated group. Conclusion: EGb can protect the epididymis of diabetic rats .
