摘要
在三峡水电站上游水位从135~156m的蓄水过程中,对ALSTOM生产的6#机进行了23个水头段的相对效率试验及稳定性试验。水头变化覆盖了机组额定水头以下的全部运行范围,测量了机组的相对效率、水压脉动、机组振动、自然补气量以及噪声等,全面了解了机组在额定水头以及低水头运行时的能量特性和稳定性特性,为电厂经济、稳定运行提供可靠的依据。
In the process of the headwater level of the Three Gorges hydropower station going up from 135m to 156m, a relative efficiency test and a stability test are done in 23 water heads on the unit 6 which is made by ALSTOM. The water head changes cover the full operating range below the rated water head of the unit, the relative efficiency of the unit, the hydraulic vibration, the vibration of the unit; the volume of the natural air supply, the yawp and so on are measured, the energy properties and the stability of the unit running under the rated water head and the low water head are fully realized, these offer a reliable gist to the economical and steady operating of the power station.
