摘要
采用高比例的脱墨浆生产新闻纸容易形成胶黏物等物质,这些物质会在纸机上沉积,并导致生产缠缸断纸及纸病等问题。文章分析了干网沉积物组分,介绍了广西劲达兴纸业公司应用保洁剂处理此类问题的成效。
The stickies are easy to form and depose on the paper machine when using a high ratio deinked pulp to make newsprint, it will cause paper breaking and the defects of the product. This paper mainly focus on the analysis of the components of the deposits on the fabric of drying part, and the effectiveness of applying cleaning agent to solve this problem in our mill.
