摘要
建立了方波伏安法,于非水溶液中测定硝苯地平片的含量。在0.5mol/L高氯酸四丁铵(TBAP)的乙腈溶液中,硝苯地平在铂电极上有一灵敏的氧化峰,峰电流与其浓度在1×10-7～2×10-4mol/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限为1×10-7mol/L。
The square wave voltammetry was established for the determination of nifedipine tablets. A sensitive oxidization peak of nifedipine was obtained in 0.5mol/LTBAP buffer acetonitrile solution. The peak current had a good linearity with nifedipine concentration in the range of 1×10^-7 - 2×10^-4mol/L, with the detection limit of 1×10^-7mol/L.
