摘要
农村林产品废弃物是一种潜在的可以回收利用的资源,具有成分复杂、分类粗、杂质多等特点,开展农村林产品废弃物循环利用具有重要的现实意义。以浙江省为例,通过对农村林产品废弃物产量、利用现状的调查和"三环"循环总体发展思路的剖析,提出今后浙江省农村林产品废弃物回收利用应当以循环经济理论为指导,建立健全林产品废弃物回收体系,制订林产品废弃物分类标准和检测方法,加强林产品废弃物循环利用技术研究,出台有利于林产品废弃物循环利用的政策法规。
Rural forest product wastes was a potential and recycling resource,which had so many characteristics, such as complex ingredients, rough classifications,many impurities and so on, so recycling rural forest product wastes had great realistic significance. This article took Zhejiang Province as an example by investigating the output of rural forest product wastes,as well as the current situation of its uses and analyzing the overall development mentality of the ＂three - ring＂ circulation. This paper presented that the recycling of rural forest product wastes in Zhejiang Province should be instructed by Circular Economy theory.In addition,it would be best to establish a sound forest product wastes recovery system,lay down uniform classification standards and detecting methods for forest product wastes,strengthen the research on forest product wastes recycling technology and promulgate some policies and regulations which were beneficial to the recycling of forest product wastes.
