摘要
冲突是图书馆工作中常见的现象,也是一种比较复杂的现象,需要对其进行管理。以此,对图书馆冲突管理构成要素、发展过程逐一剖析,并针对图书馆组织内外冲突、馆读冲突、培训机制、冲突机制等方面提出了图书馆冲突管理具体采取的措施,以期促进图书馆稳定、可持续地发展。
Conflict is a common phenomenon in library work and also a relatively complicated phenomenon. It needs to be controlled. The article gives a detailed analysis of the component dement and development process of library conflict control. Measures of library conflict control in terms of the conflict inside and outside of the library, the conflict between the library and the readers, the training mechanism and the conflict mechanism are presented in an attempt to promote the stable and sustainable development of library.
