摘要
企业信息资源的优化配置是企业信息化的核心和企业提高核心竞争力的根本途经,通过从与其他资源的协同配置和战略一致性角度探讨企业信息资源配置与企业绩效的关系,指出企业信息资源的配置既需要考虑与其他资源配置的协同一致,也需要考虑信息资源配置战略与企业战略的一致性。
The optimized allocation of enterprise information resources is the core of enterprise informatization and the fundamental way to increase the core competitiveness of enterprises. From the perspectives of synergies with the other resources allocation and strategic alignment, the relationship between enterprise information resources allocation and enterprise performance is explored. The paper points out that enterprise information resources allocation needs to be synergistic with the other resources allocation, and information resources allocation strategy needs to be aligned with the enterprise strategy, too.
