摘要
在特色资源数据库建设过程中会遇到建设模式、标准化、知识产权、资源共享等问题。本文基于互联网的调查,对我国特色资源数据库建设中出现的问题进行分析,并提出一些建设性的意见,以期为正在进行或将要进行的特色数据库建设项目提供借鉴。
Problems such as construction pattern, standardization, intellectual property right and resources sharing might be encountered in the construction of the characteristic database. Based on the Internet investigation, this article analyzes the problems in the construction of characteristic databases in China and puts forward some constructive opinions in order to help people who are engaged in and will be engaged in characteristic database construction.
