摘要
改革大学内部管理体制,建立一个在学术事务上有决策权的教授委员会,充分发挥教授们的主动性和积极性,已成为高教界关注的焦点。按基本定位及基本功能,我国大学的教授委员会分为决策机构、咨询机构、由学术内行管理学术事务的机构三种类型。探讨教授委员会发展的趋势,完善教授委员会制度,旨在从大学治理的角度保障教授在教学和科研上的自主权,从而促进教学与科研的创新。
Reform the management system inside the university, set up a committee of professor with the policy making power on academic affairs, give full play to the professors＇ initiative and enthusiasm, has already become the focus that the circle of higher education has paid close attention to. According to the basic orientation and basic function, the professor committee of our country university divides into 3 types of affairs of the policy making body, the advisory organization, and the academic expert managing academic organization accordingly. Probing into the development trend of professor＇s committee, improving the system of professor＇s committee, its aim at guarantee the autonomy of teaching and scientific research from the angle of the university management, thus promote the innovation of teaching and scientific research.
