摘要
随着科学技术的不断进步,国内高校为了增强学校的科研综合实力,提高学校的学术地位,纷纷出台了一系列关于学术论文的评价标准.阐述了该类评价标准的现状,并对其今后改革的方向进行了较为深入的探讨.
In order to build up the comprehensive strength of scientific research, improve their academic status, universities and colleges in China are carrying out a series of evalution of academic papers, as keeping the continious development of science and technology. It expatiates the status of this policy as well as the following rectification of it.
