不同温度与时间条件下狭叶香蒲吸收Cd^(2+)的动力学特征 被引量:2

摘要 研究了狭叶香蒲对Cd2+的吸收动力学特征。结果表明,狭叶香蒲对Cd2+的吸收基本符合M ichaelis-Menten动力学模型;高温下狭叶香蒲对Cd2+吸收的内在潜力大,但根系吸收位点对Cd2+的亲和力较小;高温下短时间内对Cd2+的吸收速率较快,但随时间延长则变慢,低温下的表现正好与高温下的相反;用V-C图解法和LB图解两种方法求解的Vm ax均以24h+30℃处理的最大,而24 h+10℃处理的最小;时间和温度同时影响离子吸收;用两种方法求动力学参数,虽然分析结果有差异,但相关性均较好。 The Cd^2+ uptake kinetic characteristics of Typha angustifolia under the conditions of different time and temperatures were studied. Results showed the characteristics of absorption basically followed the Michaelis - Menten model. At high temperature, the Cd^2+ absorption potentiality of T. angustifolia was strong, while the affinity at the uptake sites of root for Cd^2+ was weak. The Cd^2+ absorption rate increased under the short time and high temperature, when the treatment time prolonged, the Cd^2+ absorption rate got slower, while in low temperature the results were opposite. Using V - C and LB graphical approach method, the value of Vmax was the highest in the treatment of 24 h + 30 ℃, while that in the treatment of 24 h + 10 ℃ was the lowest. The results showed that the Cd^2+ absorption rate was influenced by treatment time and temperature. By the two different ways, the results showed the difference of the uptake kinetic mechanisms was significant, but it related well.
