摘要
随着电网系统不断扩大,流溪河发电公司装机容量占电网系统容量越来越少,因为库容及来水量的有限性,售电收入不高,随着物价水平不断提高,公司面临前所未有的经营压力。检修项目作为发电企业的重点工程,是其运营成本开销的一大块。主要提出流溪河发电公司目前在检修项目成本管理中存在的问题,并就制度、工期、质量、建立考核评价体系等方面提出相应的对策,提高公司的经济效益。结果表明,这些对策实施效果较好,可以有效控制运营成本,可供借鉴。
With the growing power grid system, The proportion of installed power generation capacity of Liuxihe Power Generation CO Ltd to the capacity of the power grid system has become less and less. Due to limited storage capacity and water supply, low electricity sales income, and rising prices, the company is facing an unprecedented operation pressure. Costs of maintenance projects, as key projects of power generation enterprises, are the important part of power generation operating costs. This paper proposed the existing problems of Liuxihe Power Generation Company in overhaul project cost management. Countermeasures on the system, time limit, quality, and the establishment of an evaluation system, etc. were proposed in order to improve the company's economic benefits. The results show that the implementation of these countermeasures is effective. They can be used for effective control of operating costs.
