摘要
近年来,由于大陆地区跨国公司的大量进入,把EAP带入了一些企业。由于大陆地区企业在管理制度和社会保障制度方面与国外、港台地区的差异,员工援助计划的推行遇到了不少的困难。由于地震灾害等非常规突发事件的产生,使得员工援助计划被列入企业危机管理的系统予以考虑。在文章中,作者提出了解决这一问题的心理学研究构思和管理对策建议。
Recently, with the vast emerging of multinationals in China's Mainland, EAP has become a newly introduced concept into some enterprises. For the differences of enterprises from China's Mainland, foreign countries, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao regions in the regulations of management and social security, EAP program has come up with much difficulty in process of pushing abroad. Since abnormal incidents and disasters, eg, earthquakes have occurred, EAP program has been involved into the system of Enterprise Crisis Management. In the context, the anthor has advanced several psychological designs and managing countermeasures to solve the problem.
