介绍了攀钢在2001年从奥钢联引进的高炉专家系统的建立与运行,专家系统的内容、组成及结构,专家系统模型、冶金规则及冶金诊断,阐述了闭环或开环专家系统运行的原理及一些前提条件,从一些实例说明了专家系统的系统诊断、建议动作等特性。从攀钢一号高炉专家系统的建立与运行情况,说明了高炉专家系统不同于以往的任何项目;在现阶段下运行、使用高炉专家系统的必要条件是全面、准确、可靠、及时的一次检测数据及结合攀钢炼铁具体情况的操作。
This paper introduces the expert system on No. 1 blast furnace in Pansteel, which is imported from VAI in 2001, and expounds its constitution, structure, system model, the metallurgy rules it followed and the smelting diagnoses it gives, by some instance. The precondition and the principle, which closed or opened loop expert system build on, are also expounded. Applied for several years in Pansteel, it indicates that complete, accurate, and timely operation data are the prerequisites to apply the expert system.
