摘要
肯基亚克盐下油气田油气异常活跃,且地层孔隙压力和漏失压力非常接近,采用含30%盐的加重水泥浆固井,水泥胶结质量普遍较差。分析了导致固井质量差的原因,提出了其改善措施:按照流体顶替理论确定水泥浆和隔离液密度;将水泥浆的盐浓度降低到15%;为解决现场没有干混设施的问题,研制出了一种新型的可水分散的加重剂;设计出了与该加重水泥浆相容性好的BCS高密度隔离液。性能评价结果表明,用该加重剂制备的水泥浆具有良好的流动性和浆体稳定性,密度在2.1~2.3g/cm^3之间可调,稠化时间可调,抗压强度高,综合性能满足工程需要。BCS高密度隔离液可防止水泥浆与钻井液之间的混浆,保证水泥浆的胶结效果。
The pore pressure and the pressure at which mud loss occurs in Kenkyak Oilfield are very close to each other,and cement slurries containing 30% salt always gave birth to a poor cement quality.Analyses of the poor cementing job indicated that salt concentration in the cement slurry used can be reduced to 15%,and a water dispersible weight material was added into the cement slurry to increase its density.A high density spacer,BCS,compatible with the cement slurry,was developed for use with the slurry.Using these technologies,a cement slurry having a density between 2.1-2.3 g/cm3 was formulated.The cement slurry had adjustable thickening time and a higher compressive strength.The BCS spacer effectively prevented the mixing of cement slurry and the drilling fluid.
