摘要
目的建立反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定六味补血颗粒中芍药苷含量。方法色谱柱为Alltima C18柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.05mol/L磷酸二氢钾(40:60)为流动相,流速为0.8mL/min,检测波长为230nm,柱温为30℃。结果芍药苷质量浓度在10.36~103.6mg/L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9997),平均回收率为99.85%,RSD=0.55%(n=6)。结论RP-HPLC法准确、简便、重现性好,可作为六味补血颗粒质量控制的有效方法。
Objective To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Liuwei Buxue Granules. Methods The analytical column was Alltima C18 (150 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate (40:60). The flow rate was 0.8 mL/min. The column temperature was 30 ℃ ,and the wavelength was 230 nm. Results The precision and stability were fine. The linear rage of paeoniflorin was 10. 36- 103. 6 mg/L,and the average recovery was 99. 85%, RSD = 0.55% (n =6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Liuwei Buxue Granules.
