摘要
目的:研究盐酸催化黄姜提取液中薯蓣皂苷水解过程的优化。方法:通过正交试验、单因素试验研究了盐酸浓度、反应温度、反应时间等因素及其交互作用对薯蓣皂苷水解的影响。结果:获得黄姜提取液的最佳水解条件为反应温度90℃,反应时间3h,盐酸浓度2.0mol/L。结论:盐酸浓度和反应温度对结果有显著影响,应着重加以控制。
To study the optimization of hydrolysis process of dioscin catalyzed by hydrochloric acid.Methods:The effects of hydrochloric acid concentration,reaction temperature,reaction time and their interactions had been investigated using orthogonal design and single-factor experiments.Results:The optimum hydrolysis conditions were as follows:reaction temperature 90℃,reaction time 3h,hydrochloric acid concentration 2.0mol/L.Conclusion:Hydrochloric acid concentration and reaction temperature should be controlled because of their remarkable influence on hydrolysis process.
