摘要
【目的】探讨应用不同浓度碘伏冲洗消毒加综合措施处理会阴侧切伤口的临床效果。【方法】2005年3月至2006年3月行会阴侧切术病例260例为观察组,产妇分娩时在常规冲洗消毒的基础上,切开缝合前后加用5%碘伏局部消毒,切口以0.5%碘伏冲洗,缝合后喷洒济安舒能,24 h后加以特定电磁波谱治疗器局部理疗;以2004年3月至2005年2月行会阴侧切术行常规护理措施的250例为对照组,观察比较两组切口肿胀疼痛程度、切口愈合情况。【结果】与对照组比较,观察组切口肿胀、疼痛程度均较对照组低(P<0.01);切口愈合显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】不同浓度碘伏冲洗消毒加综合措施可减轻会阴侧切伤口肿胀和疼痛程度,促进伤口愈合,减少伤口并发症,利于产妇康复。
[Objective] To explore the clinical efficacy of the rinsing of different concentration of iodine combined with general care in the management of the wound of lateral episiotomy. [Methods] From Mar. 2004 to Feb. 2005, two hundred and fifty patients undergoing lateral episiotomy as observation group received routine rinsing and disinfection with 5% iodine before and after suturing, and then Washing with 5 % iodine and spraying with KOTO CARE, and local physiotherapy with electromagnetic apparatus after 24 hours. Other 250 cases as controls received routine care from Mar. 2005 to Mar. 2006. The degree of ache, swollen and heal were compared between two groups. [Results] Compared with the control group, the degree of ache and swollen of the observation group were less than those of the control group. The wound healing of the observation group was better than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups. [Conclusion]The rinsing of different concentration of iodine combined with general care can alleviate the degree of ache and swollen of the wound, improve the healing of the wound and prevent complications.
