摘要
针对目前使用的流量计普遍存在脉动大,且仅适用于低压回油侧的问题,设计了一种新型的高压动态内齿轮流量计。利用三维CAD软件Solidworks对其建模,并结合COSMOSWorks进行模态分析,得到了该流量计工作的固有频率和振型,为实体的加工和工作的安全性提供了参考依据。
As to the problem of the commonly used flowmeter that existing high pulsation and only used at low- pressure returning oil plate, a new - style high - pressure dynamic internal gear flowmeter has been designed. A model was established using Solidworks, proceeded modal analysis connecting COSMOSWorks. The nattLral frequency and symmetric type of vibration of the flowmeter were obtained, and the reference scripture was provided for the solid mass operation and working safeness.
