摘要
数控加工是一个复杂的过程,零件加工是由数控程序驱动数控机床来完成的。为了检验数控加工程序的正确性,运用计算机图形学技术来模拟数控加工过程,提出了一种数控铣削加工的计算机图形仿真算法,并实现了多轴数控铣削加工的计算机图形过程,从而验证了该算法的有效性。
NC milling is a complex process. Part of the processing is driven by the NC program to complete the NC maehine tool. In order to test the validity of the NC program, a graphic simulation method of NC milling process based on computer graphics is presented. The graphic simulation examples of multi - axis NC milling are conducted to verify the effectiveness of the presented method.
