恩再适治疗截肢后急性幻肢痛的临床研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨恩再适对截肢后急性幻肢痛的疗效及安全性。方法对23例截肢后急性幻肢痛患者使用恩再适治疗,用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、抑郁状态自评量表(SDS)、焦虑状态自评量表(SAS)对治疗前后幻肢痛及抑郁和焦虑状态进行评定。结果治疗后患者疼痛的强度有显著性降低(P<0.01,t=39.08)。患者抑郁评分和焦虑评分与治疗前相比也有显著性降低(P<0.01,td=13.56,ta=18.98)。无严重的不良反应。结论恩再适可安全有效治疗截肢后急性幻肢痛,显著性降低患者抑郁评分和焦虑评分。 Objective To explore the effect and safety of enzasi in the treatment of acute phantom limb pain after amputation.Methods A total of 23 cases of phantom limb pain after amputation were treated with enzasi.The visual analogue scales (VAS), self-rating depresion scale (SDS) and self-rating dysphoria were measured before and after the treatment.Results The pain intensity was significantly decreased in the patients after the treatment (P〈0.01, t=39.08). There were significant decrease in the SDS scores and SAS in the patients after treatment as compared with those before treatment (P〈0.01 ,td=13.56, ta=18.98).No serious side effect was found. Conclusion Enzasi is effective and safe in the treatment of phantom limb pain after amputation.
