摘要
基于AT89S52单片机设计了一种能够在煤矿井下使用的电机综合保护系统,介绍了系统硬件电路和C语言编写的软件系统的实现,该系统不仅能对电动机提供过热保护,同时具有断相保护、短路保护和漏电保护等各种数字化保护监测功能。实验及现场使用结果表明,该电机保护系统具有保护功能齐全、运行可靠和维护方便等优点,并且可以通过RS232通讯口与上位机通讯,实现了远程实时监控。
The study on the integrated motor protector system is presented . The AT89S52 based hardware is designed with the software written in language. The system not only provide motor overheating protection, but also has various digital protective functions, such as open- phase protection, short- circuit protection and electrical leakage protection. The experiment and fieldwork show that the protect system has a advantage of abundant function, reliable nmning and easy maintenance. The avail of AT89S52 with RS232 and the upper device attained the long - range and centralized control of motors.
