摘要
模拟工厂活性染料冷轧堆染色时棉织物的堆置状态,比较了实验室条件下单层、多层堆置及承压堆置固色小样的色差,确定了与实际生产颜色非常接近的室温堆置试验方法。通过加速固色方法的比较,得出了颜色更佳的冷轧堆染色打样方法,即织物浸轧染液后先在25℃预堆置0.5h,再在60℃堆置0.5h。采用该固色方法打样,能控制用同一处方生产的小样色差在4~5级。
Batching states in bulk production of cotton fabrics in cold pad-batch dyeing with reactive dyes were simulated in lab. Color difference among single layer and multi-layer batching with or without pressure was compared. It was found that cotton fabric with single layer batching had the same shade as that of multi-layer batching, exerting a certain pressure on cotton fabric packed with plastics could obtain better evenness. A better sampling method in cold pad-batch dyeing process was defined as follows: padding the cotton fabric followed by pre-batching at 25℃ for half an hour, then batching at 60℃ for another half an hour. In this way, color difference between samples of trials and bulk production could rank 4 ~5 level.
