摘要
传感器优化配置是装备健康管理(HM)的基础。考虑传感器失效对健康管理能力的影响,以传感器代价和漏检故障的危害程度最小为优化目标,以检测性能指标为约束条件,建立了传感器优化配置的模型;并针对传感器优化配置是一个多目标非线性整数规划问题,提出了基于扩展微粒子群优化算法的模型求解方法。应用实例表明了模型和算法的有效性。
Optimal sensor placement is the basis of equipment health management. Considering the influence of sensors reliability on health management, a model of optimal sensor placement is presented. The objects of optimization are cost of selected sensors and minimal harm of undetectable faults, and the constraints conditions are the detection capacity indexes. Since the optimal placement of sensors is a multi-objective mixed integer non-linear programming model, a solution method based on extended particle swarm optimization is proposed. The application shows the model and the solution are effective.
