摘要 研究基于离子电流的高温环境压力传感器,旨在替代带冷却设备的高温压力传感器,为脉冲爆震发动机(PDE)上必需的高温压力测量提供具有工程实践意义的技术支持,为爆震发动机性能分析、控制规律和控制策略研究提供可靠的测试信号。通过2种类型离子探针的对比分析和探针长度、偏置压力的研究,设计了一种单针短探针型离子传感器,其离子电流信号波形与压力传感器信号相似,离子电流衰减速度可测,耐高温,可靠性高,成本低。为研究离子电流与压力的定量关系奠定了基础。 In order to find substitute for the high temperature pressure sensor with cooling system, the pressure sensor based on ion current for pulse detonation engine ( PDE ) is developed. Technique supports are provided for the research and development of the high temperature pressure sensor for PDE. The reliable test signals are provided for the performance analysis, control law and control tactics of PDE. Through analysis comparison of two kinds of ion probes and research on the length and bias pressure of probes, an ion sensor with single-pole and short probe is designed. The waveform of ion current signals is similar to pressure signals. The decay rate of the ion current with high reliability and low cost is measurable. Based on the results the further researches of the quantitative relationship between the ion current and pressure can be made.
