摘要
棉结是纺织生产中的一种有害疵点,不仅影响纺织品的质量,对染色质量影响也较大。提出了一种基于机器视觉的梳棉机在线棉结检测系统,分别对光源系统、高速图像采集系统、实时图像处理系统的设计进行了讨论,实验验证了系统的可行性。实测结果表明:系统具有高速数据采集、宽幅表面棉结特征识别、在线实时处理(棉结计数)和显示(报警)等功能,且在高速生产环境下运行稳定可靠。
Nep is a nocuous fault in the textile manufacturing process. Nep not only debases the quality of the textile, but affects the quality of dyeing also. An on-line nep detection system which is used in carding machine based on machine vision is presented. The design of the system, which includes the lamp-house part, the high speed image collecting part, the real-time image processing part are discussed. The feasibility of the system is validated by experiments. The encourage results indicate that thesystem has many functions, such as high speed data collecting, nep feature recognition on broad surface, on-line and real-time processing, displaying. Experimental results verify the speed, reliability and accuracy of the proposed system.
