摘要
课堂教学改革的关键在于重构教学文化环境,即建构"和而不同""和合而生"的和谐课堂教学文化。在"和而不同"的异质性课堂教学文化里,师生尊重彼此的差异,在差异的基础上实践对话性教学,达致"和合而生"的发展目标。
Class teaching reform is the key to rebuild the teaching culture environment, that is to say, it is not only diverse but also harmonious. In such the harmonious teaching culture, teachers and students value each other, at the same time, in view of which it will also put the communicational teaching into practice with reaching the developing goal of the new harmonious teaching culture.
