股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗转子间骨折 被引量:1

摘要 股骨转子间骨折多见于老年人,现多主张行手术内固定治疗,以获得稳定的固定,恢复患者的活动能力,减少长期卧床造成的严重并发症。目前内固定治疗常采用动力髋螺钉系统(DHS)和股骨近端髓内钉(如PFN)。股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板是近年来开始使用的一种新型内固定材料,我院近年来应用股骨近端解剖型锁定钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折取得满意疗效,报道如下。
