摘要 基于MSP430F149单片机的主变压器风冷系统控制装置,采用2个完全独立的控制部分将主变压器风冷系统的2路电源和6组风扇分开独立控制。该装置通过采用优化的交流采集算法以及若干抗干扰措施,克服了传统继电式控制方式自动化程度低、功能不完善等缺点,实现了变压器通风回路的自动控制,有效解决了恶劣环境稳定运行的难题,对提高变电所综合自动化水平及推动变电所无人值班工作的实施具有重要意义。 The design of the intelligent controlling device of main transformer wind cooling system was introduced. For separate controlling of the power and the six fans of main transformer wind cooling system, two separate parts were used in the device. The realization methods of signal conditioning and algorithm optimizing were put forward, and some reliability design measures of the intelligent controlling device were discussed. The new system overcomes the shortcomings of traditional relay-control system, such as low degree of automation, imperfection function. And the paper is focused on studying the key technologies and ways to resistance the bad working condition of controlling device.
