摘要
目的:观察脑电图(EEG)和脑地形图(BEAM)的脑电活动变化,以探索刺五加注射液对缺血性脑血管病的治疗作用。方法:利用EEG和BEAM研究刺五加注射液治疗26例缺血性脑血管病患者治疗前后的脑电活动变化,同时以17例正常人EEG和BEAM作对照。结果:缺血性脑血管病患者EEG主要表现为指数明显减少〔(8.25±0.75)Hz对(10.50±2.50)Hz,P<0.01〕,波幅明显降低,调节、调幅差;BEAM的主要表现为其能量分布的不对称性明显增高(21.58μV2对±3.50μV2,P<0.01)。治疗后指数上升,波幅明显上升〔(30±10)μV对(85±15)μV,P<0.01〕;同时BEAM脑电能量分布的不对称性得到明显改善,左、右侧的平均差值明显降低(21.58μV2对±3.11μV2,P<0.01)。结论:刺五加注射液具有改善缺血性脑血管病患者脑功能损害的作用。
Objective:To observe the changes in activity of electroencephalogram (EEG) and brain electrical activity map (BEAM) and to explore the therapeutic effect of acanthopanax senticosus injection on ischemic cerebral angiopathy (ICA).Methods:To study the changes in electroencephaloactivity of 26 cases of ICA before and after treatment with acanthopanax senticosus injection by EEG and BEAM,and compare to 17 normal subjects (control group).Results:The chief manifestation on EEG of ICA:the exponent was decreased significantly (8 25±0 75)Hz vs. (10 50±2 50)Hz, P <0 01 ,the scope of wave was dropped obviously,adjustment and amplitude modulation were difficult.On the BEAM of ICA,the asymmetry of energy distribution was increased significantly (21 58 μV 2 vs. ±3 50 μV 2, P <0 01).After treatment,the exponent was increased and wave scope was raised obviously (30±10)μV vs. (85±15)μV, P <0 01 .Moreover,the asymmetry of energy distribution was improved significantly,the difference of average value between the left and right side was decreased significantly (21 58 μV 2 vs. ±3 11 μV 2, P <0 01).Conclusions:Acanthopanax senticosus injection can improve the brain function of patients with ICA.
