摘要
高校教务管理队伍建设当前主要存在着服务意识不强、创新精神欠缺、业务素质不高、结构不够合理、队伍不够稳定等突出问题,其根源既有领导方面的原因,又有教务管理人员自身的原因。要解决这一问题,一是领导要高度重视教务队伍建设,二是要加强教育和培训,优化教务管理人员结构,提高其业务素质;三是要健全竞争激励机制,提高教务管理人员的积极性。
Prominent problems existed in the construction of educational administration personnel in universities: lack of service consciousness and innovative spirit, poor professional qualities, unreasonable personnel structure and unsteady personnel team, which were attributed to the leaders and educational administration personnel themselves. To solve these problems, leaders should pay great attention on team construction and offer more education and training program to improve professional quality for optimizing personnel structure, and amplify competitive and incentive mechanism to arouse enthusiasm.
