生物有机无机复合肥的研制与效果研究 被引量:19

摘要 研制了一种融微生物肥有机肥和无机肥于一体的新型复合肥料。测定结果,含微生物活菌总量为2.5亿个/g,其中固氮、解磷、解钾功能做生物活菌量达1.0亿个/g,有机干物质34.3-37.3%,含氮(N)7.8-8.9%,全磷(P2O5)5.2-5.5%,全钾(K2O)4.8—5.0%。毒性试验结果表明,该肥无毒无害,对环境不构成危害。生产过程中采取了有机物料发酵和功能微生物大量繁殖一次同步完成,添加除臭微生物、机械自动翻拌等工艺。田间试验表明,与等养分或等价格投入的化肥相比,增产9-18%,对多种经济作物品质有明显的改善作用,且有一定的改土培肥效应。 A new fertilizer blended of microbial fertilizer, organic fertilizerand chemical fertilizer into a harmonious integration was studied. Inthis fertilizer, the total amount of the inoculated microbes (a combina-tion of nitrogen-fixing microbes, phosphate-dissoiving microbes andsilicate-dissolying microbes) was 1×108/g, 34. 3-37. 3% of dvied organicmattar it contained 7. 8-8. 9%N, 5.2-5. 5%P2O5 and 4. 8-5.0% K2O.The toxicological test showed that this fertilizer was nontoxic and harm-less, and presented no hazard to the environment. The organic rawmaterials were animal manure wastes. The main manufacturing techniqu-es were: synchronization of manure compost fermentation with the pro-pagation in large amount of biofertilizer's microbes, the inoculation offoul smell eliminating microbes, and automatic mechanical stirIing &mixing of the compost, and completed in one time.Compared with other fertilizer containing the same contents ofNPK, the field application tests, which carried on several kinds ofcrops in various soils, showed that this fertilizer can increase cropyield by 9-18%, improve crop quality significantly and ameliorate thefertility availability of soil. The function of combined microbes in thisfertil izer were obvious.
