摘要
针对滴灌用黄河水泥沙含量高的问题,根据兰州段黄河泥沙粒配特性设计了黄河水泥沙分离设备。采用正交试验、极差和方差分析研究了分离机参数对溢流颗粒D50和溢流液流量的影响。试验结果表明:影响溢流颗粒D50的参数主次排列为转鼓转速、碟片间隙和喷嘴数量,而影响溢流液流量的参数主次排列为转鼓转速、喷嘴数量和碟片间隙。考虑试验因素对溢流颗粒D50和溢流液流量影响程度的大小,优化的参数为转鼓转速为3500rpm、喷嘴数量为32个、碟片间隙为1.2mm。
Aimed at the problem of silt in Yellow River's water for agricultural drop irrigation, the Dish separator is designed by the silt characteristics of Yellow River's water in Lan-zhou. the influences parameters on the overflow sediments half-content diameter D50 and flux of the Dish separator were studied by orthogonal design test, extreme analysis and variance analysis. The test results show that the ordering of the parameters influencing the overflow sediments half-content diameter D50 is as follows in turn: drum rotation speed, data between two dishes and nozzles. As for the overflow rotation speed, nozzles and data flux, the ordering became drum between two dishes. Taking the influence extent of tested factors and combination the separation efficiency of separator into account, the parameters of separator were optimized as follows: drum rotation speed: 3500rpm, nozzles: 32, data between two dishes: 1.2mm.
