摘要
文章建立了职工安全素质的指标体系,采用改进后的层次分析法确定各指标的权重,运用灰关联综合评价法对企业职工的安全素质进行评价,并通过实证分析说明此方法的可行性。
The paper built index system about to confirm weight of index and appraised method. Finally, it illustrated the feasibility employee safety quality, exerted the improved AHP method employee safety quality by grey-relationship comprehensive of method by demonstrating analysis.
