摘要
文章在分析了公路工程施工项目风险管理现状和风险管理内容的基础上,对公路工程项目风险管理提出了若干管理措施和对策:建立风险管理的过程体系、建立风险管理机制、通过合同管理控制风险等,通过这些措施实现对公路工程施工企业的全面风险管理。
On the basis of the analysis of the status and content of highway project risk management,this article made a number of management measures and countermeasures on highway project risk management： the process of setting up a risk management system and establishing a risk management mechanism, controlling risk through contract management etc.. Through these measures, highway engineering construction enter-prise can implement comprehensive risk management.
