微尺度下激光冲击金属材料的特性分析与展望 被引量:4

Character analysis and development of metal material for microscale laser shock processing

摘要 综述和分析了激光冲套金属材料的微尺度效应、材料的弹塑性理论、材料的非线性。对于等离子体的物理发展过程及空间结构,提出了旋转椭球体模型,对进一步研究、建立微尺度激光冲击强化等离子体三维模型奠定了理论基础。展望了微尺度激光冲击处理技术的发展及应用前景。 The microscale effect,elastic-plastic theory and material nonlinearity of laser shock processing were analyzed and discussed. The rotation ellipsoid model was put forward according to the physical development and space profile of plasma,which lay a theory foundation for plasma three dimension model. The development of microscale laser shock processing was presented.
