颈椎前路减压植骨钛板内固定治疗脊髓型颈椎病78例疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨前路减压植骨钛板内固定术治疗脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)的疗效。方法78例CSM患者均行颈椎前路减压植骨融合自锁钛板内固定术治疗。结果所有患者随访6~18个月,神经功能明显改善,JOA评分术前平均(7.1±1.3)分,术后平均(12.9±1.6)分,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05);椎间植骨全部融合,无断钉、断板及内固定松动。结论经颈前路椎管减压植骨融合自锁钛板内固定术是治疗CSM的有效方法,疗效满意。 Objective To study the clinical effect of anterior cervical decompression combined with bone grafting and Titanium plate fixation on cervical spendylotic myelopathy. Methods Totally 78 patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were treated with anterior cervical decompression combined with bone grafting and Titanium plate fixation. Results All cases were followed up for 6 - 18 months, the nervous function was markedly improved. The JOA score rose from (7.1 ± 1.3 ) before operation to ( 12.9 ± 1.6) after operation, with a significant difference ( P 〈 0.05). Complete fusion of bone graft was observed in all cases, and there was no breakage of the plates or the screws, and no loosening of fixation. Conclusion The canalis spinalis decompressing by anterior approach and reconciling of bone - grafting with Titanium plate fixation is an effective therapy for cervical spendylotic myelopathy, with a satisfactory result.
