摘要
目的建立对乳病消片中丹参酮ⅡA的含量测定方法。方法色谱柱:Zorbax SB-C_(18)(4.6 mm×15 cm);流动相:V(甲醇):V(水)=81:19;流速:1.0 mL/min;检测波长:270 nm;柱温:30℃。结果丹参酮ⅡA在1.96~47.04μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,回收率试验结果满意,重复性好。结论本法简便、准确,可以用于制剂质量控制。
Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of tanshionone ⅡA in Rubingxiao tablets. Methods The column was Zorbax SB-C18(4.6 mm×15 cm), the mobile phase consisted of V(methanol) : V(water)=81 : 19 at the flow rate of 1 mL/min, the wavelength was set at 270 nm and the column temperature was 30℃. Results In this condition there was a good linear relationship over the concentration range of 1.96-47.04 μg/mL for tanshionone ⅡA. Conclusion This method is simple and accurate, it could be applied to the determination of the tablets.
