摘要
急性脑梗死是最常见的脑血管病,致残率和病死率都很高。在急性脑梗死发生之前对预梗死区的脑组织进行影像学研究,早期作出诊断,对于防治和预后有十分重要的意义。CT脑灌注成像可定量评估脑梗死前期以低灌注为特征的脑血流动力学变化及脑局部微循环的病理生理学状态,为脑梗死前期的诊断提供了有价值的影像学信息。
Acute cerebral infarction is the most common cerebrovascular disease, and its case fatality and the rate of handicap are very high. Early diagnosis of perfusion deficits in patients of pre-infarction period using imaging study can guide treatment decision and improve prognosis. CT perfusion imaging may quantitatively evaluate the abnormal hemodynamics in pre-infarction period. It is very helpful to know the states of the capillary vessels in regional cerebral hypoper- fusion area and to provide some valuable information for the diagnosis of pre-infarction period.
