摘要
以谷优1292杂交籼稻为供试材料,研究了38℃的高温胁迫对水稻幼苗的相关生理指标的影响。结果表明,随胁迫时间(0、1、3、5、7d)的延长,幼苗叶片中的丙二醛(MDA)、游离脯氨酸(Pro)的含量逐渐升高,而叶片的相对含水量(RWC)、叶绿素的含量以及超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)的活性则逐渐降低。表明水稻幼苗受到高温的伤害,并且高温持续越久,伤害越严重。
Using Gu-Super 1292 hybrid rice as the materials,and the effects of high temperature in seedling stage on several related physiological characteristics in hybrid rice were studied.The results showed that contents of MDA and Pro in the leaf of hybrid rice gradually increased with prolonging stress time(0、1、3、5、7 d),but relative water content(RWC),activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and content of chlorophyll gradually decreased.This test indicated seedlings of rice were injured by high temperature(38 ℃),and damage became more severe with prolonging stress time.
