脐带血来源神经干细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤33例 被引量:9

摘要 为探讨神经干细胞移植对脊髓损伤患者是否有帮助脊髓神经功能恢复的作用,取健康产妇脐带血离心分化为单个神经千细胞,对33例因创伤性脊髓损伤和硬膜外血肿造成的急性压迫性损害患者进行神经千细胞移植,移植途径包括静脉点滴、蛛网膜下腔注入、开放手术移植法,其中静脉移植10例,蛛网膜下腔移植10例,开放手术移植13例。神经千细胞移植术后7~10d,33例患者损伤的脊髓功能均有改善,神经干细胞移植后2周-16个月随访资料显示,33例患者的脊髓功能呈继续改善的趋势。 To explore the clinical effect of neural stem cell transplantation for spinal cord injury and to evaluate if it can help to recover the function of spinal cord. Stern cells were isolated from human umbilical cord blood and further differentiated into neural stem cells. Thirty-three patients, who developed acute compressive lesion induced by traumatic spinal cord injury and epidural hematoma, received neural stern cell transplantation. Neural stern cells were transplanted into spinal cord by intravenous drip (n=10), injection through subarachnoid cavity (n=10), and open operation (n=13). Seven to ten days after transplantation, all of these 33 patients were found to have recovery in the function of spinal cord and this recovery has a trend to increase over time from 2 Weeks to 16 months after transplantation.
