摘要
在比较现有产品设计过程建模方法的基础上,利用设计结构矩阵与多色集合的互补特性,提出了一种基于加权有向图向设计结构矩阵与多色集合同步映射的设计过程模型,加权有向图分别将设计过程分析与重组,以及设计任务分配与调度所需的信息,传递给混合设计结构矩阵与多色集合,从而将整个规划过程相关信息集成在一个模型中加以综合运算,在全面支持产品设计过程规划的同时,提高了规划效率和准确性,且便于编程实现。最后,以某型飞机装配型架设计过程规划为例进行验证,结果表明,基于该模型的算法可达到实现快捷、结果合理的目的,满足了企业对产品快速并行开发的需求。
Current design process modeling methods were analyzed and compared firstly. By utilizing the complemental characteristics of Design Structure Matrix (I)SM) and polychromatic sets, a ,ravel design process model based on synchronous mapping from weighted directed graph to DSM and polychromatic sets was presented. In this model, the weighted directed graph was used to transform analysis and reconfiguration of the design process to mixed DSM, and in the meantime information needed for design task distribution and scheduling was transferred from weighted directed graph to polychromatic sets. The model integrated all related information to make it direct and convenient to operate within one model It improved the efficiency and accuracy of process planning, and facilitates programming implementation. The algorithm based on the model was applied to design process planning for the aircraft assembly tooling. It proved that the algorithm could be realized rapidly and the result was satisfactory.
