摘要 目的:建立宝宝乐颗粒中芍药苷的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定方法。方法:采用Diamonsil C18(4.6×250mm,5um)色谱柱,以乙腈-水-磷酸(20:80:0.05)为流动相,检测波长:230nm,流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:35.0℃。结果:芍药苷在0.1540ug^1.2320ug范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,相关系数为r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.82%(RSD=0.301%,n=5)。结论:HPLC法操作快速、简便、结果准确,可作为宝宝乐颗粒中芍药苷的定量分析方法。 To establish a HPLC method for content determination of the paeoniflorin in baobaole granule, the paper uses the following methods: a Diamonsil C18 column serves as the chromatographic column(4.6×250mm, 5um), the mobile phase consists of acetonitrile-water-phosphoric acid (20:80:0.05), the UV detection wavelength is 230nm ,the flow rate is 1.0mL / min and the column temperature is 35.0℃. The results show that: there is a good linear relationship between the samplesize of the paeoniflofin and peak area score when the samplesize is within the range of 0. 1540ug - 1. 2320ug, the relative coefficient(r) is 0. 9999 and the average recovery is 99.82 % ( RSD = 0.301% ,n =5). Thus we get the conclusion: The HPLC method is provided to be quick, convenient and accurate, and may be used as quantitative analytical method of paeoniflofin in baobaole granule.
