摘要
无缝道岔是发展超长无缝线路的关键,而道岔区导轨、基本轨纵向力分布和位移的计算则是无缝道岔设计的先决条件。建立了提速道岔钢轨温度力与变形分析的力学模型,编制了实用计算程序,并进行了计算分析,给出了钢轨温度力变形随其相关因素的变化规律。
Development of welded switches is a key technique in constructing continuously welded rails.Calculation of longitudinal force and displacement in tracks and those in turnout zones is the basis of the technique. In this paper, mechanical models, as well as a software for the calculation, are established to evaluate rail temperature forces and displacements in welded switches in speed raising railways. The relationship between longitudinal forces and displacements as well as the factors affecting them is discussed.
