摘要
随着市场竞争日趋激烈,企业对投资巨大的生产系统生产的产品的质量、成本和时间提出了更高的要求。为降低企业决策风险,要求对生产系统的结构作出预期规划,应用计算机模拟技术则是解决这一问题的有效途径。文中以新一代多功能计算机模拟分析语言SIMAN为模拟软件支撑环境,研究非流水、多工序、多设备组生产系统的设备利用优化问题。
With the market competition becoming more and more fierce, exterprises raise requirements for high quality, low cost, and short cycle of the products produced by heavily invested production system. In order to reduce the risk of the investment, it is necessary to conduct a structural planning of the production system. Computer simulation is an effective method to carry out this task. The usage factors of the production equipment in a non flowing, multi process and multi equipment grouping production system is optimized with a new multifunctional computer simulating and analysing language (SIMAN).
