摘要
南瓜多糖由于其独特的结构,对人体表现有降血糖的功效。本文对近年来南瓜多糖的单糖组成及降糖作用的研究进展做一综述。
Pumpkin polysaccharide has the hypoglycemic effect to people for its special structures. The progress of recent years on the monosaccharide composition and hypoglycemic effect was written in this paper.
